Banana-Oatmeal Energy Balls with Peanut Butter

1 container Yummy Doh Chunky Choco Banana (400gr)
375 ml (1 ½ cups) granola with oatmeal
45 ml (3 tablespoons) Tru-nut peanut butter powder
45-60 ml (3-4 tablespoons) dehydrated bananas cut into small pieces

In a bowl, add all the ingredients. Mix well.

Use a small ice cream scoop to spoon an even amount of dough. Roll it into balls (using your hands), making sure all the ingredients are stuck together.

Keep in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.

Tips:

You can also add 1 tablespoon ground hemp seeds or flaxseed to optimize and increase the amount of protein in our energy balls.

If you’d like other flavour combinations, you can also add: coconut shavings, lemon zest, super food powder, nut butter, etc.
