Brownie Delight Cookie Sandwiches

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 8 to 10 minutes
Servings: 6 to 8 sandwiches

1 container Yummy Doh Brownie Delight (400gr)
1 container Yummy Doh Chocolate Chunk (400gr)

Preheat oven to 180C (350F).

Cover baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a small ice cream scoop, drop Yummy Doh Brownie Delight balls on baking sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Let cookies cool down.

Spoon Yummy Doh Chocolate Chip cookie dough on the bottoms of half of the cookies; top with remaining cookies.
